Dr. Yue has extensive litigation experience in both federal and state courts, including jury trials in both federal and state court. These cases resulted in millions of dollars of recoveries. Dr. Yue has also served as an expert witness in computer software related litigation.

Dr. Yue holds a PhD in Physics and a Master’s degree in computer science. He is the founder of a software company whose technologies were licensed by many Fortune 500 companies. Prior to becoming a lawyer, he played a key role in the widely publicized AMH case. After the state supreme court reversed the state appellate court’s decision in that case, Dr. Yue appeared on ABC Good Morning America to discuss its significance.
